We’re excited to announce our continued backing of Fingerprint for Success (F4S), a platform whose world-first technology is pioneering the democratisation of coaching, carving a new category for technology-driven human development.
This AU$5m seed round was led by Club Investible with 12 members of the global investor community participating. Five V Capital and Salesforce Ventures also participated this round, joining Fingerprint for Success’s established investor base including ROCeteer, Lars Rasmussen, Canva co-founders Melanie Perkins, Cliff Obrecht and Cameron Adams, former Australian Prime Minister the Hon. Malcolm Turnbull, and noted Australian tech investor Roger Allen.
The startup’s evidence-based AI Coach Marlee is making personalised coaching accessible, with recent validation setting the stage for further testing in the open market.
A long-standing relationship
Investible’s connection to Fingerprint for Success (F4S) was created before either company existed. Fingerprint for Success CEO and Founder Michelle Duval coached Investible co-founders Creel Price and Trevor Folsom as they built the Blueprint Management Group, a company they would exit in 2008 for nine figures.
This relationship continued as Michelle founded F4S, earning early-stage investment from Creel and Trevor in 2016. As Investible has grown, the F4S tools and processes have become an integral part of our investment methodology. Part of our due diligence utilises their framework to analyse the key attitudes and motivators driving a founding team.
Since Investible’s early investment, we have seen Michelle’s ability to productise and commercialise her expertise, assembling a team and securing industry-leading customers along the way.

The Future of F4S
Fingerprint for Success’s layered technology offers a digital and scalable solution for individuals and teams to understand and bring out the best in themselves, and each other. This solution is already being embraced by teams at Atlassian, AWS, KPMG, Hubspot, Canva, Baraja, and more.
Michelle believes this technology can help companies to navigate a new world of work.

The capital raised in this funding round comes at the same time as they release their new product 'F4S Insights' and will predominantly be used to make F4S’ real-time personal and team insights and coaching accessible via additional third-party integrations within work and collaboration platforms such as Slack and Zoom.
